Frogtown Artwalk 2014

How can way-finding signage also serve as an art installation?

The Frogtown Artwalk is a yearly community-organized event that captures the many creative spaces operating out of garages, in-resident driveways and neighborhood studios. Along the half-mile stretch, pop-up galleries and installations spring up during the event to celebrate the resident’s artistic contribution to Elysian Valley.

Clean graphic design provided easily readable destination markers throughout the ninth edition of the event. LA-Más worked Elly Ward to develop the super graphic look inspired by the late Deborah Sussman.
